The essence of change is behaving differently. If nothing changes in your behaviour, there is no change. When behaviour changes, old behaviour is replaced by a certain new behaviour. That is of course the ideal world. However, often the initial intention to change is there, but the old behaviour creeps back in. En-gager Change is looking for patterns in this change process and helps communities to map the change process.
On a regular basis the user is asked to indicate his or her view on the change process based on three simple questions regarding the old and the new behaviour. Users can track and compare their own responses with the average response within the entire group over time. Users are rewarded for participation by earning points towards a common goal.
This way En-gager Change gives you a very clear, real-time insight into the current state of change.
